Co-Head Coach Aaron Tilsen
Aaron is currently Assistant Women's Coach at Minnesota State University (MSU) and completed his Bachelors of Science (Sport Management/coaching) from MSU. Aaron is a founding coach and director of the Twin Cities Fire Youth Soccer Club and is currently its Director of Coaching. Aaron has coached high school soccer at St. Paul Central, Robbinsdale Cooper, Spring Lake Park, Forest Lake, Bloomington Jefferson and Park Center High Schools over the last 20 years. His teams have won dozens of MYSA League championships over the years and many MYSA State Tournament Championships. Aaron has coached the only two FIRE teams to attend the REGION 2 Championships and has travelled to some of the best showcases with his teams. At MSU in 2017 the team won the conference regular season and NSIC tournament championship and finished in the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.

Athletic Trainer Kelly Flynn
Kelly brings a wealth of experience to the team and will help to keep every player at the top of their game. She has worked with youth players at the best soccer camps in Minnesota for years along with helping professional and national teams. Below are a few of the highlights of her soccer training experiences.
She is NATA and CPR certified and we are blessed to have her at all home games and will be attending training as often as possible.
Training Experience: Started with Acceleration Minnesota in 1996 as an intern. Started full time with the business after internship and purchased the company in 2004. I have trained thousands of athletes since the start of the company and continue to grow and expand the Acceleration North brand and programming in the North Metro area. Started Acceleration Golf and Fitness (formerly Active Golf Training) in 2001 and continue golf improvement camps at Acceleration North in the off season.
Interesting Facts: He is a world class wake boarder (almost!) and a scratch golfer.
A Little About Me: Married to wife Missy with 4 children: twin girls, Emma and Laney (12 yrs) , son Max (9 yrs), and Mallory Mae (2 yrs). I have been playing competitive amateur golf in the MGA since 2002. I have been low amateur in numerous pro-ams and in 2008 won the state MGA 4-Ball championship with playing partner, Joel B Johnson.
